If you plant the trees according to the directions provided on this website, and give them adequate water, and they do not “green-up” during the first growing season, Legg Creek Farm, LLC will provide you a credit for the value of the tree or plants on your next purchase from us.

We exercise diligent care to keep all stock offered for sale true to name and in good condition when it is shipped. Should any prove to be otherwise, it is mutually agreed that we are not liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price. Claims must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise.
