The Bartlett pear tree is unique among the pears we have in stock. It is an ideal pear for more northern regions. Ripens in August. It does best in USDA Zones 5-7. Bartlett is partially self-fruitful but does best with another pear tree nearby (such as Ayers, Kieffer, Moonglow, wild pear), and it is a vigorous tree with tasty, crisp fruit. Not a drought tolerant tree. 800 chill hours.
