The Florida King peach is a yellow clingstone peach that ripens in mid-May. Sweet and flavorful flesh. Great tree for the Deep South. Excellent baking/dessert peach. Not cold tolerant. 450 chill hours. Zones 7-9. Florida King produces excellent peaches for us here in East Texas.
