Warren pear trees are extremely fireblight resistant and produce a succulent, sweet pear. Great for fresh eating. Considered a dessert pear for its sweetness and juiciness. Heat resistant. Also great for canning, preserves, and baking. One of the best sweet pears for the south. Green fruit with red blush. Ripens in August. Needs another pear for pollination. 500 chill hours. Zones 5-9.
